Jerk Pot Roast, Beef Chuck Roast, carrots, Irish potatoes, and Jamaican sweet potatoes mixed with the classic Jamaican medley of seasonings then slow cooked in butter for 8 hours. Includes rice and peas and garnished with steamed cabbage and plantain.

Jamaican Fricassee Chicken, Seasoned, pan-fried then smothered in a special Jamaican Breeze sauce, then stewed until tender.
